1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Fuenzer Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the services. These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, and all others who access any Fuenzer platform.

2. Description of Service

Fuenzer provides a unified hub for next-generation apps, games, and AI tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Our ecosystem includes:

• Fuenzer (Main Hub): The central website and brand presence at fuenzer.web.id.
• Fuenzer Apps: Android applications distributed via Google Play Store.
• Fuenzer Studio: Roblox game experiences developed and maintained by Fuenzer.
• Fuenzer Bot: Chatbot services accessible on WhatsApp, Telegram, and bot.fuenzer.web.id.
• Fuenzer Research: AI-powered academic reference search tool at research.fuenzer.web.id.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for your interactions and data uploaded to the platform.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any Fuenzer service.
• Sending spam, phishing links, or malicious content via Fuenzer Bot channels.
• Misusing the Fuenzer Research tool to generate or spread misinformation.
• Violating Roblox's Community Standards within Fuenzer Studio games.
• Using any automated scraping or crawling on Fuenzer websites without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Fuenzer Ecosystem are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Fuenzer name, logo, and all sub-brand identities (Apps, Studio, Bot, Research) are trademarks of Fuenzer. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. Game assets published by Fuenzer Studio on Roblox remain the intellectual property of Fuenzer and are subject to both these Terms and Roblox's Terms of Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fuenzer and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — any Fuenzer service. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Fuenzer Research provides AI-generated reference suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, results should be independently verified for academic or professional use. Fuenzer is not liable for decisions made based on Research output.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some Fuenzer services are delivered through or integrated with third-party platforms and services, including Google Play Store, Roblox, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Analytics. When using these platforms or allowing optional analytics, you are also subject to their respective Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Community Guidelines. Fuenzer is not responsible for actions taken by those third parties.

7. Modifications to Terms

Fuenzer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of any Fuenzer service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Fuenzer services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
